I am teaching wire and PMC classes on a regular
basis at Kittie's Kreations Bead Shop in Sherwood, Arkansas.
Classes are $55 plus supplies. Tools are provided for your use
during class, or bring your own.
| Beginning Wire is a prerequisite for
all other wire classes. In this class, you will learn all
the basics of wire wrapping and make a basic five-wire
bracelet in your choice of sterling silver or gold filled
wire, available from the instructor. Tools are provided
for beginners or you may bring your own. Supplies are
about $10.00-$12.00
All my instructions are comprehensive and
have lots of pictures.

| Intermediate Wire, Level I - Make
the basic bracelet with beads added. Your choice of
sterling silver or gold filled wire and beads are
available from the instructor. Also make a caged
pendant. Cost of supplies is about $20.00, depending on
the stone.

| Intermediate Wire, Level II - Learn
how to make a frame for a round or oval cabochon and
decorate the top. Receive instruction for wrapping an
irregular-shaped stone. Your choice of sterling silver or
gold filled wire and stones are available from the
instructor. Cost of supplies is about $15.00,
depending on the stone.

| Findings - Beaders love this class!
Make your own ear wires in several different styles. Also
make hooks and eyes and earring components. Learn how to
add a wire bail to any bead or top-drilled stone. Kits
are in sterling and are available from the instructor.

| Beginning Precious Metal Clay (PMC)
- Learn all the basics of working with PMC while making a
gorgeous fold-over pendant. Basic tools are provided for
beginners and one cubic zirconium is included in the
class fee. Clay will be purchased from the instructor in
class. Enjoy the newest craze in jewelry! Cost of
supplies is sbout $20.00 plus $3.00 lab fee.

| PMC Rings - Make a ring with a CZ in
it while learning all the ins and outs of dealing with
shrinkage in PMC. CZs and clay will be available from the
instructor. Cost of supplies is about $20.00 plus $3.00

| PMC - Making Molds with Photopolymer Plates -
Draw your own black and white design or use clip art,
make a mold in just a few minutes and then make the PMC
piece from the mold. This class opens up a whole new
avenue of creative possibilities! All supplies provided
by the instructor. Cost of supplies is about $35.00
plus $3.00 lab fee.

| Wire Rings - Create two outstanding
rings in one class, a dainty three bead ring, and the
Pharaoh's ring. Cost of supplies is about $25.00,
depending on the stones.

| Silver Soldering Class - This is
Janet's newest adventure. The Beginning class consists of
two parts in a 3-4 hour class. In Part 1
you will get over the fear of the torch and learn just
how far you can push the silver before it liquefies by
melting some silver scrap onto a piece of copper sheet.
This may be used as raw material to create a pendant,
earrings, or whatever you can imagine. You will also use
jewelry stamps on strip silver to make a ring and learn
how to butt solder a joint or make a "Squiggly
Ring".
In Part 2 you will bezel set a
cabochon to make a pendant.
